Happy Women's Day!

March 8th is the International Women's Day. On this day, IQE prepared plentiful entertainment activities and prizes for outstanding female employees working in PCB production positions to thank them for their dedication to IQE.

IQE always believes that everyone should be treated equally, regardless of his/her gender, color, and age. The PCB manufacturing industry has a relatively complex process flow, although the degree of automation of various equipment is getting higher and higher, human involvement is still required in some aspects, and we found that not only women can show admirable professionalism in all aspects, but in some aspects they can even do better than men, such as testing, quality tracking, etc. Therefore, IQE thanks them hard work ,because they make IQE better.
